As part of our lead-up to results and new term, we have put together a feature to give you a better idea about Life in Halls. Today we are featuring Bay Campus, Medium Rooms. The Bay Campus was opened in 2015 and our feature today – the Medium rooms are spacious, en-suite and modern accommodation for your student life.
En-suite bedrooms, (spacious) medium rooms, a 3/4 size bed. 1 kitchen per 4-11 people with plenty of fridge and freezer space including a social space within the kitchen. It is entirely self-catered but there are a lot of food outlets on campus where you can grab a bite to eat if you don’t fancy cooking.
Medium = £148 per week, £5,920 per year

What can I expect?
The rooms are spacious and modern and the kitchen allows you plenty of space for socializing and getting to know your flatmates. Students tend to be very happy in our accommodation.
The Bay Campus is the closest University to the Beach in the world, perfect for timeout from lectures. The library (open 24 hours) and lovely green spaces can also be found on campus. There are sports facilities’, the Union Bar and nightclub, Tafarn Tawe as well as a host of other services. Many subjects are taught on Campus and have state of the art facilities to complement their teaching. Subjects within the College of Engineering, Computational Foundry and the School of Management are all taught on the Bay Campus.
